Changes for version 1.6.1

These changes apply to Resolver One, the Resolver One Player, the Resolver One Web Server, and the Financial Data Feeds add-on.
1.6.1 is a release fixing a few rarely-seen but irritating bugs in version 1.6.
Bugfixes
- Fixed bug #2291: Problem when dragging worksheets to re-order them under certain circumstances.
- Fixed bug #2295: Closing the console when it was just about to display an autocomplete window crashed Resolver.
- Fixed bug #2296: Clicking from an image worksheet to a regular one required two clicks.
