The formula language in Resolver One is based on Python expressions, with extensions for working with cells and other spreadsheet objects just as you would with traditional spreadsheets. One of the consequences of this is that you can use Python's rich set of built-in datatypes right in your formulae. In this screencast Jonathan Hartley shows off this feature by using complex numbers. You can get a copy of Resolver One from the download page.
